1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of physiotherapy, nutrition, and related services provided by Hi Movement (Witt Wellness Pty Ltd) ("we", "us", "our").

By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide services including:

  • Physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Rehabilitation and exercise prescription
  • Nutrition consultations
  • Telehealth services (physiotherapy and nutrition)
  • Services under private, Medicare, WorkCover, and CTP arrangements

3. Appointments

Booking

Appointments can be made:

  • Online (via Halaxy)
  • By phone or email
  • In person

Attendance

  • You agree to attend appointments on time
  • Late arrival may result in a shortened session

4. Fees and Schedule

Our current fees are outlined below and may be updated from time to time.

Physiotherapy (In-Person)

  • Initial Consultation (45 minutes): $130
  • Standard Consultation (30 minutes): $100

Physiotherapy (Telehealth)

  • Initial Consultation (45 minutes): $115
  • Standard Consultation (30 minutes): $85

Nutrition Services

  • Initial Nutrition Consultation (60 minutes): Free (one per new client) — available via telehealth or in-person
  • Follow-Up Nutrition Consultation (30 minutes): $80 — available via telehealth or in-person

The free initial nutrition consultation is limited to one per client and may incur a fee if a booking is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • EFTPOS
  • Credit card
  • Private health insurance
  • Medicare (CDM/EPC plans)

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of consultation unless otherwise agreed

Medicare (CDM/EPC)

  • No gap payment is charged for eligible Medicare services
  • A valid referral from your GP is required

Private Health Insurance

  • On-the-spot claiming may be available
  • Any remaining balance is payable at the time of consultation

WorkCover and CTP

  • Fees are charged in accordance with relevant NSW fee schedules where applicable
  • You must provide claim details prior to your appointment
  • If your claim is not approved or is later declined, you are responsible for payment

5. Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • First late cancellation or missed appointment: Warning (no fee)
  • Second or subsequent late cancellations (within 24 hours): 50% of consultation fee charged

Cancellation fees are not claimable through private health, Medicare, WorkCover, or CTP.

6. Telehealth Services

Where telehealth services are provided:

  • Telehealth may have limitations compared to in-person assessment
  • Technical issues may occur
  • You are responsible for ensuring a suitable environment and internet connection
  • By participating, you consent to receiving services via electronic communication

We take reasonable steps to ensure secure communication.

7. Consent to Treatment

By attending an appointment, you consent to:

  • Physiotherapy or nutrition assessment and treatment
  • Physical contact where clinically required (for in-person consultations)

You may withdraw consent at any time.

8. Health Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to inform us of any changes to your condition.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Risks and Liability

Physiotherapy and health services may involve risks such as temporary soreness or aggravation of symptoms.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes
  • We are not liable for outcomes beyond our control

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. WorkCover and CTP Clients

  • You consent to communication between us, your insurer, employer, and case manager where required
  • If your claim ceases or is denied, you are responsible for outstanding fees

12. Referrals and Third Parties

We may refer you to other providers where appropriate. We are not responsible for third-party services.

13. Children and Minors

A parent or guardian must provide consent for treatment.

14. Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain a safe environment for staff and clients.

We do not tolerate abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour. Services may be refused or terminated.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available upon request or on our website.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
